I read from the documentation datasift provides sentiment analysis.

What language do you support ? What happen when I fetch a stream of tweets in spanish/italian?

The full list of languages suppoerted by our Salience augmentation can be found in our augmentation documentation.

We do support sentiment analysis in Spanish, but do not currently support Italian.
