Python library fails to install

I’m trying to install the datasift python libraries using the command ‘pip install datasift’ and receiving the following error. I have also tried to install via the git method but also fails.

I’m running:
RHEL 7.2
Python 2.7.5

Any ideas how to fix or what other information can I provide to help troubleshoot?

Turns out I needed the following:

yum install openssl-devel
