Is there a problem with the Websocket API at the moment

I seem to be getting connections closed almost instantly, on both my personal (this account) and employers data streams.
This applies both at home and on our server farm.

Could you raise this issue with support.datasift.com? If you can send over your usernames (both yours, and your employer's), we can look into this further for you.

There are no known issues with the platform at the moment : status.datasift.com
