Getting "failed to create your export" for a stream that I recorded and paid for


Not sure what the issue is. I’ve used this feature before without any issues. Both exporting to csv and json are giving me the same issue. And on my desktop browser as well as my ipad browser. Note that I stopped the recording before it completed through the stop recording button. The recording says “recording succeeded 100%” and interactions 0. That’s similar to what it says fro my other previously successful recordings.
