That is the facebook.author.name field - not the username.

For example, 'name' of the Wall Street Journal Facebook Page is "The Wall Street Journal", but their username is "wsj"

#7

so is “facebook.author.name” field available for FACEBOOK Posts. Will it be available in future?

Please confirm as i need to develop the application which is totally rely on Datasift.

#8

The Facebook.author.name field is available for Facebook posts, yes. It will continue to be available for the forseeable future. Please note we do also return a Facebook user ID, so it should be possible to grab further user details from the Facebook API using this ID.
